The Details

Our first-ever olive oil, cold pressed in small batches from trees on our Wairarapa land. This is a genuine first harvest, the culmination of years of tending, so every bottle is part of a limited run.

Green, fresh and lively, with the natural peppery catch at the back of the throat that tells you an oil is young, unfiltered and full of life.

One ingredient: our olives, bottled by the same hands that grew them.

Things to Do

Best enjoyed raw, where its character can shine. Pour over good sourdough, drizzle across salads and grilled vegetables, finish a soup or a plate of pasta, or simply pool a little on a plate with salt for dipping.

A fresh oil like this is a finishing oil first, save it for the moments where you'll actually taste it.

Where It Came From

Grown on our family orchard in the Wairarapa, spray-free and hand-tended.

Our olive trees share their ground with the whole life of the place: our horses graze among them, feeding the soil the natural way, and our bees work the blossom.

It's a small, closed circle, the animals feed the trees, the trees feed us, and now, at last, they've given us oil. Picked and pressed the right moment, because timing is everything with olives.

The Goodness

Simply cold-pressed olive oil — nothing added, nothing refined. Cold pressing without heat is what protects the natural character and the beneficial compounds olive oil is known for, from its healthy fats to its natural antioxidants. Extra fresh and unfiltered, it's olive oil the way it's meant to be: a whole food, straight from the tree to your table.
