The Details
Ten slices to a bag, cut by hand and dried slowly. One ingredient: the fruit itself — skin on, nothing added.
Things to Do
A slice does a lot of work. Try it in a G&T, steeped as tea, or in a posset.
Where It Came From
Grown spray-free in our Wairarapa orchard, ripened slowly on the tree and picked by hand. Even the fertilising is natural — our horses graze among the trees.
The Goodness
Because we dry the whole fruit — skin on, water out — every slice is a concentrated version of the fresh thing. No added sugar, no sulphites, no preservatives.
How We Send It
Order online and pay by bank transfer. We carefully pack and send once payment has been received. Sending a gift? Add a note at checkout and we'll handwrite it.
What's good right now.
A little of what we're growing and making.
Fresh Picked Limes
Sharp, bright and unmistakably zesty, with a clean citrus tang and a floral edge. Less sweet than a lemon, more bitter. Juicy and mouth-puckering fresh off the tree, mellowing out beautifully once paired with salt, sugar, chilli or a good tequila.

Fresh Yuzu Leaves
Rare to find fresh in NZ, the leaf is prized in Japanese kitchens for the way it perfumes a dish, think of it as you would a bay or makrut lime leaf, but with a citrus-and-pine fragrance all its own. Bruise or tear a leaf to release the aroma before you cook with it.

Dehydrated Yuzu Peel
The peel is where yuzu keeps most of its magic, intensely fragrant, sharp and floral and drying it concentrates that aroma into something a little goes a long way with. One ingredient, nothing added. Store in a cool, dry place and it'll keep for months.
