Good to know

Questions & answers.

Ordering & payment
How do I pay?

Place your order online and pay by bank transfer using the reference we give you at checkout. We pack and send once payment has been received.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes — add a note at checkout and we'll handwrite it and tuck it in with the order.

Shipping
Where do you ship?

We ship across New Zealand. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If you're local to the Wairarapa, ask us about pickup.

How long will my order take?

We send orders once payment arrives, usually within a few days. Fresh, seasonal items are picked and sent as fresh as possible.

The products
Are your products really spray-free?

Yes. Our trees are grown without sprays, and our horses handle the fertilising the natural way.

How do I store dried citrus and yuzu leaves?

Keep dried citrus in a cool, dry place and it will last for months. Fresh yuzu leaves keep about five days in the fridge, or freeze well for longer.

The orchard
When is fruit in season?

It changes through the year — when something's ripe we list it under Home Grown, and when it's gone, it's gone until next season. Join our list to hear when favourites return.
