The Details
Hand-picked from our own orchard, these plums are left to ripen naturally before picking, so what lands in your box is as sweet, juicy and full-flavoured as it gets. Good eaten fresh, baked into a crumble, or stewed down for breakfast..
Things to Do
Eat them straight off the tree, still warm from the sun. Slice into a summer salad, stew down with a little sugar for breakfast, or bake into a crumble or cake once the season's cooler. They also pair beautifully with cheese, if you're after something a bit more grown up.

Where It Came From
Grown spray-free in our Wairarapa orchard, ripened slowly on the tree and picked by hand. Even the fertilising is natural — our horses graze among the trees.Grown on our family orchard in the Wairarapa, spray-free and picked by hand at their peak.
Our yuzu trees are the reason Good Hands exists, we planted them before most people here had heard of yuzu, drawn to a fruit the Japanese have prized for centuries. Even the fertilising is done the natural way: our horses graze among the trees, feeding the soil that feeds the fruit.
The Goodness
Plums are a proper little powerhouse for a fruit that size. They're rich in vitamin C and antioxidants like anthocyanins, the same compounds that give the skin its deep red colour, along with a good dose of fibre to help keep things moving. A sweet snack that's doing you some good too.
How We Send It

Fresh Picked Limes
Sharp, bright and unmistakably zesty, with a clean citrus tang and a floral edge. Less sweet than a lemon, more bitter. Juicy and mouth-puckering fresh off the tree, mellowing out beautifully once paired with salt, sugar, chilli or a good tequila.
